Wardha Infrastructure engineers on site

2014

Founded in Ahmedabad

Who we are

A specialist contractor, not a general one

Wardha Infrastructure builds diaphragm walls, installs soil and rock anchors, designs ground support and investigates the ground it all sits in. That is the whole list — and it has been since the first panel we poured in Ahmedabad in 2014.

Being narrow is the point. Our engineers have seen the same strata a hundred times, our operators run machines they know by sound, and our records are built the same way on every site, in every city.

Our story

From one grab rig to four cities

Early Wardha Infrastructure site

2014

Founded in Ahmedabad

Started with a single hydraulic grab and a two-basement contract in Bopal — and a decision to do only deep foundation work.

2017

First 30 m wall

A mixed-strata panel wall beside a live arterial road, completed with zero settlement recorded on the neighbouring structure.

2019

Anchoring & ground support added

In-house stressing and load-testing capability, so retention and support stopped being two contracts and two arguments.

2021

Surat & Gandhinagar offices

High water table work in Surat and institutional projects in Gandhinagar, run on the same method library as the head office.

2023

Lucknow & metro work

Station boxes, cut-and-cover sections and bridge foundations took the company outside Gujarat for the first time.

2026

21 machines, 140 people

A fleet large enough that mobilisation dates depend on us alone — and a geotechnical lab tie-up that closes the loop.

What drives us

Mission, vision and the rules we do not bend

Below ground there is no cosmetic fix. What gets built is what gets buried — so the standard has to be set before the first panel, not after.

Our mission

To make the deep foundation the most predictable part of a project — priced honestly, built to method, and handed over with a file that answers every question before it is asked.

Our vision

To be the specialist that developers, consultants and public agencies in western and northern India call first when the excavation is deep, tight or next to something that must not move.

Our values

Safety before schedule. Measurement before opinion. Bad news early rather than good news late. Nothing claimed that a record cannot prove.

Temporary and permanent anchors, grouted, stressed and load-tested on record.

Ground support

Ground support

Struts, walers, king posts and props, sequenced with settlement monitoring.

Geotechnical investigation

Geotechnical investigation

Boring to 60 m, SPT, undisturbed sampling and NABL-tied laboratory testing.

Design assistance

Leadership

The people who answer the phone

No layer between you and the person responsible for the work. Each package has a named engineer from tender to handover.

Quality, safety & compliance

Everything we claim, a record can prove

Verticality logs, concrete cube results, anchor test certificates, slurry parameters and daily safety sheets — collected as the work happens and shared weekly, not assembled at handover.

Why clients stay

Repeat work is the only review that counts

Two out of every three contracts in 2025 came from a client we had already worked with.

68%

Repeat clients

11 days

Average mobilisation

The engineer who prices the job supervises it. Nothing gets lost in a handover between a sales team and a site team, because there isn’t one.

Twenty-one owned machines and our own operators mean a start date depends on our yard, not on someone else’s hire schedule.

Pre-condition surveys, settlement markers and weekly monitoring reports — so a crack that was already there stays a documented fact, not a dispute.

Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Surat and Lucknow run the same method library, the same test formats and the same reporting rhythm.
