Engineered for strength. Built for depth
We build high-strength diaphragm walls for deep basements, metro projects, bridges and high-rise buildings. Hydraulic grabs excavate under bentonite slurry, cages are lifted in with our own crawler cranes, and panels are poured by tremie in one continuous operation.
Because the wall doubles as the permanent basement retaining structure, alignment and water tightness are the whole job. Verticality is logged panel by panel and every joint detail is agreed before the first bite.

How we do it
Written down before mobilisation, so nobody discovers the plan halfway through the dig.
Guide walls
Reinforced guide walls set the panel line and hold the top of the trench through excavation.
Slurry excavation
Hydraulic grab excavates under bentonite, with slurry parameters checked every panel.
Cage & stop-ends
Reinforcement cage lifted in by crawler crane; stop-ends set the joint with the next panel.
Tremie concreting
Continuous tremie pour displacing slurry, with cubes cast and logged for every panel.
Where it is used
Some of the situations clients bring this service to us for.
Deep basements
Three to six level basements under residential and commercial towers.
Metro station boxes
Cut-and-cover sections where the wall is both retention and final structure.
Bridge foundations
Pier and abutment foundations in river beds and soft alluvium.
Industrial plants
Pump houses, tank foundations and deep pits inside working plants.

On record
Verticality logs, cube results, test certificates and daily safety sheets are collected as the work happens and issued weekly — not assembled the week before handover.
Frequently asked
Something else on your mind? Call the office — an engineer answers, not a call centre.
Our fleet works comfortably to 45 m with panel thicknesses from 600 mm to 1,200 mm. Beyond that we mobilise partner rigs and say so up front.
For depth, water tightness and a wall that becomes the permanent structure, yes. For small or irregular plots with tight access, secant piling can win. We will tell you which suits your site.
A 4,000 m² wall with two anchor levels usually runs 10–14 weeks including guide walls, allowing for monsoon and a single rig.
Grab excavation is low-vibration by nature. We add a pre-condition survey, settlement markers and monitoring so any movement is measured, not argued about.
